Typical parks/resorts are only open 6-7 months per year. We are proud to be one of the only resorts of our kind in Ontario to extend the season an additional 4+ months.
The exact season dates vary from resort to resort - depending on which you decide to call home.
Your Resort Specialist will be able to give you all the specifics when you connect.
We require a $50,000 as an initial deposit.
$50,000 once a VIN# is generated by the manufacturer.
Remainder/balance due upon on delivery.
Each resort has a variety of unique activities for the entire family. Dog runs, sports courts, exercise equipment, parks for children and much much more. Each resort’s amenities may vary.
At Resort HQ we want everyone to make the most of their unit and want it to feel like home. Although we can respect modification we would like to keep a clean consistent and uniform look in our resorts. Any approved and non approved modifications will be laid out in the resort’s License of Occupation (LOO). Written approval will also need to be obtained by park management.
